    Leadership Southwest is a cooperative effort sponsored by the Balch Springs, Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Glenn Heights and the Inland Port Area Chambers of Commerce with a mission to promote and enhance leadership through education in civic and community affairs, and encourage volunteerism in Southwest Dallas County.  Leadership Southwest is designed for the development of tomorrow’s leaders and community volunteers on boards, councils, and commissions by making significant contributions to the future of Southwest Dallas County.

    Every Day is Beautiful in Green Valley
